Placement Process

The placement process at AISECT University is a structured and systematic approach designed to ensure students are well-prepared and aligned with industry requirements. Pre-Placement Training: Students undergo rigorous training sessions focusing on: Soft Skills: Communication, presentation, and confidence-building. Aptitude and Reasoning: Problem-solving, logical reasoning, and quantitative aptitude. Technical Skills: Domain-specific knowledge and practical problem-solving. HR and Personal Interviews: Mock sessions to prepare for behavioral and HR questions. Training is tailored to meet the specific requirements of companies. Student Registration: Students interested in placements register with the Training & Placement (T&P) Department. They submit their resumes, academic details, and other relevant documents. Company Invitations: The T&P team contacts companies and invites them for campus recruitment drives. Companies share job descriptions (JD), including roles, responsibilities, eligibility criteria, and selection processes. Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs): Companies visiting the campus conduct Pre-Placement Talks to: Introduce their organization. Explain job profiles, growth opportunities, and company culture. Address student queries regarding the recruitment process. Eligibility Screening: Based on the company’s criteria, students are shortlisted for the next stages. Criteria may include: Academic performance. Relevant skills and certifications. Internship experiences. Selection Rounds: Companies conduct a series of selection rounds, which typically include: Written Test/Online Assessment: Evaluates technical, aptitude, and reasoning skills. Group Discussion (GD): Tests communication skills, teamwork, and leadership abilities. Technical Interview: Assesses subject knowledge, problem-solving skills, and technical expertise. HR Interview: Evaluates personality, cultural fit, and overall readiness for the role.
