AISECT University, Jharkhand, was established by the All India Society for Electronics and Computer Technology (AISECT) and the Government of Jharkhand under Act No. 12 of 2016 as the first private university located in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand. The university strives to establish a harmonious balance among the diverse wings of its academic departments. The Heads of the various departments are the lifeline of the university, and the Director serves as the guiding spirit. The Administrative Department is the backbone of our university and plays a pivotal role in our efforts to transform this educational institution into a centre of excellence. We have renowned academicians who take an active interest in improving the teaching-learning process. Our aim is to transform the university into a learning temple where industry-academic relationships can flourish. Our goal has been to maintain our commitment to spreading knowledge among the new era of ‘technocrats,’ while also recognizing the importance of good moral development for modern students. 

We have endeavored to instill a sense of collective responsibility in our staff, enabling them to understand the true meaning of service to students and feel comfortable while carrying out their duties. Consequently, our foremost responsibility is to foster ideas that benefit society and to educate and train individuals to work in fields where their specialized knowledge will be valued.

Our ability to investigate, communicate, and solve problems must be continuously developed. We must quickly establish alliances with research institutes and form partnerships with government bodies and other organizations to address these challenges effectively. To ensure the quality of our academic programs and uphold excellence in teaching, learning, and research, we leave no stone unturned.

As Vice-Chancellor, it is both an honor and a privilege to state that AISECT University is the result of hard work and collaboration from every corner. In today’s rapidly changing society, the University’s ability to adapt, evolve, and serve as a cornerstone of knowledge creation is more crucial than ever. With much work ahead, let us embrace the challenge and work together to elevate this university to new heights.

I would be proud to lead the university in achieving international distinction through knowledge-based creativity, innovation, and excellence in academic and scientific research, even in the face of significant challenges and limited resources. My vision is to provide exceptional education to the common person, to encourage critical thinking, personal growth, and a passion for learning in every student. My character and leadership style are grounded in dedication, honesty, ethical conduct, and responsible stewardship of financial, physical, and environmental resources.
