Aisect The Foundation

AISECT University at Hazaribagh, Jharkhand, is promoted by the All India Society for Electronics and Computer Technology (AISECT), Scope Campus, NH-12, Bhaironpur (Near Misrod), Hoshangabad Road, Jharkhand (M.P.). AISECT is a trust/society created and registered under the Assistant Registrar of Societies, Jharkhand, dated 08.12.2011, with Registration No. 4888, dated 16.06.1997.

This Act confers the status of a Private University on AISECT University and addresses matters connected with and incidental thereto.

It is hereby enacted in the sixty-seventh year of the Republic of India by the Legislature of Jharkhand as the “AISECT University Act, 2016”, which came into force on 26th May 2016, the date of its notification in the Official Gazette by the State Government.
