Programme Overview

The Bachelor of Performing Arts (BPA) is an undergraduate degree program designed to provide comprehensive training in various forms of performance, including music, dance, and theater. The program combines practical skill development with theoretical knowledge, enabling students to understand both the art and its cultural, historical, and social contexts. Students choose a specialization—such as classical or contemporary dance, vocal or instrumental music, or acting—and receive intensive training in that area while also exploring interdisciplinary approaches to performance. The curriculum often includes performance workshops, stage productions, history of performing arts, technical production, and electives in related fields. Graduates are prepared for careers as performers, choreographers, directors, educators, or further study in the arts. The BPA fosters creativity, expression, and professional readiness in the dynamic field of performing arts.
